Use Blueberries to Help Memory
Eating at least a cup of blueberries each day can improve your memory in just a matter of weeks. Blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, and cherries contain flavonoids, which are compounds that are contributed to the growth of brain cells. Blueberries are also phytochemical rich so that they are good at reversing age-related memory problems. They also have an effect on neurons by enhancing neuronal connections in the brain to improve cellular communications and stimulate neuronal regeneration.
